Finding a healthier alternative to something which isn’t very healthy just makes me that little extra happier. Pancakes are always that fun kind of food which tastes great but also take a while to make. So having a recipe which is so quick plus is healthy is a massive bonus!
So these pancakes which I make are banana pancakes! If I’m ever in doubt of what I want to eat for breakfast then this is a good option. Plus its only 3 ingredients!!The banana doesn’t over power the flavour, it’s just your source of sweetness in the pancake so it doesn’t taste flavourless.

- pinch of baking powder
